Open for almost eight years the restaurant has consistently won awards every year since opening for both its food and its wine by The Definitively Good Guide to Restaurants awards which are held in December each year.

The décor of the restaurant reflects the menu, in that it is changeable according to the season. Soft, hanging linen drapes can be lowered to provide seclusion for more intimate dining, whether for a romantic dinner à deux or for a private function of a dozen or more. A small terrace and a secluded courtyard provide sanctuary for smokers.

The exceptionally friendly service team takes its lead from chef-patron Patrick Buttigieg in providing a warm welcome and discreet attention to diners.
